The 1.5KE18CA is a bidirectional (CA suffix) Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode, commonly housed in a DO-201 package with 1500W peak pulse power capability (10/1000µs). For selection, note the breakdown voltage range (VBR) of 17.1V to 18.9V at 1mA test current, reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) of 15.3V, and clamping voltage of approximately 25.2V at peak current .
