AD620ARZ-REEL ADI Instrumentation Op Amps

The AD620ARZ-REEL is a low cost, high accuracy instrumentation amplifier using a single external resistor to set gains from 1 to 10,000 in an 8-pin SOIC package. For selection, verify single supply of 2.3 V to 36 V or dual supplies of ±2.3 V to ±18 V, 1.3 mA quiescent current, 120 kHz bandwidth, 50 µV offset voltage, and –40°C to +85°C operation. Ideal for industrial process controls, medical ECG and patient monitoring, weigh scales, pressure sensors, and portable battery-powered instruments.
