The AD623ARMZ-REEL7 is a rail-to-rail output instrumentation amplifier operating from single 2.7 V to 12 V or dual ±2.5 V to ±6 V supplies in an MSOP-8 package. Gain is set from 1 to 1000 with one external resistor. For selection, note 800 kHz bandwidth at G = 7, 35 nV/√Hz noise, 25 µV offset voltage, 305 µA quiescent current, and –40°C to +85°C operation. Ideal for low power medical instruments, sensor interfaces, thermocouple amplifiers, industrial process control, and battery-powered data acquisition.
