The AD9834BRUZ-REEL is a 75 MHz low-power Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) waveform generator with 28-bit frequency resolution, operating from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply and consuming only 20 mW at 3 V. For selection, verify output frequency up to 37.5 MHz, narrow-band SFDR >72 dB, and on-board comparator for square wave generation. The device supports phase/frequency modulation via a 3-wire SPI interface and operates from -40°C to +105°C in a 20-pin TSSOP package.
