ADC128S102CIMTX/NOPB TI Analog to Digital Converters (ADC)
The ADC128S102 is a 12-bit, 8-channel successive approximation analog-to-digital converter with a conversion rate of up to 1 MSPS, operating from a 2.7-V to 5.25-V supply . It features an internal track-and-hold circuit, a SPI-compatible serial interface, and a wide input range of 0 V to VDD. The device consumes low power, with a typical operating current of 1.5 mA at 3 V, and includes a power-down mode for reduced power consumption. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 105°C . Packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP (PW) (5 mm × 4.4 mm) .
