ADCS7476AIMFX/NOPB TI Analog to Digital Converters (ADC)
The ADCS7476 is a low-power, single-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) capable of conversion rates up to 1 MSPS. It operates from a single 2.7-V to 5.25-V supply and utilizes the supply voltage as its reference, resulting in a full-scale input range of 0 to VDD. The device integrates a successive approximation register (SAR) architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. Its serial interface is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and common DSP interfaces. To optimize power consumption for the required throughput, the converter features a shutdown mode, reducing power to under 5 μW when not actively converting. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), its extremely small footprint is ideal for space-constrained applications. This ADC is well-suited for portable instrumentation, battery monitoring, medical devices, and industrial sensors where low power and a small size are critical.
