The ADM13307-5ARZ is a triple voltage supervisor monitoring up to three supplies with push-pull active-low reset outputs in an 8-pin SOIC package. For selection, verify a 1.1V to 5.5V supply, fixed 2.93V threshold on SENSE1, adjustable 0.6V thresholds on SENSE2 and SENSE3, and -40°C to +85°C operation . Features include manual reset input, 200ms reset timeout, and guaranteed reset assertion down to 1.1V VCC.
