The ADM483EARZ-REEL is a slew-rate limited, low power RS-485/RS-422 transceiver with ±15 kV ESD protection, operating from a single 5 V supply in an 8-pin SOIC package. For selection, verify data rate up to 250 kbps, 10 µA supply current (0.1 µA shutdown), and –40°C to +85°C operation. Features include receiver open-circuit fail-safe, short-circuit protection, and up to 32 nodes on the bus.
