ADP3330ARTZ3.3-RL7 ADI Linear

The ADP3330ARTZ3.3-RL7 is a high-precision, fixed 3.3 V output low-dropout linear regulator delivering up to 200 mA from an input range of 2.9 V to 12 V. For selection, note ±0.7% accuracy at 25°C (±1.4% over full temperature range), typical dropout of 140 mV at 200 mA, and ultra-low 34 µA quiescent current ( <2 µA in shutdown). The device is stable with any output capacitor as small as 0.47 µF (including ceramic MLCCs) and features safe current limiting and thermal overload protection. Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 package operating from -40°C to +85°C.
