For selection, verify a 2.7V to 20V input, fixed 5.0V output with ±0.8% accuracy, 200mV dropout at 200mA, and -40°C to +125°C operation. Features include 11µVrms output noise, 88dB PSRR at 10kHz, 90µA quiescent current, soft-start, current limiting, thermal shutdown, and stable with small 2.2µF ceramic output capacitor.
