The ADP7118AUJZ-5.0-R7 is a 200 mA low noise LDO regulator with fixed 5.0 V output in a 5-pin TSOT-23 package. For selection, verify a 2.7 V to 20 V input, fixed 5.0 V output with ±0.8% accuracy, 200 mV dropout at 200 mA, and –40°C to +125°C operation. Features include 11 µVrms output noise, 88 dB PSRR at 10 kHz, 90 µA quiescent current, soft-start, current limiting, and thermal shutdown.
