ADR445BRZ-REEL7 ADI Voltage Reference
The ADR445BRZ‑REEL7 from Analog Devices is an ultralow‑noise XFET® series voltage reference delivering a fixed 5 V output with ±0.04 % initial accuracy and a 3 ppm/°C temperature coefficient in an 8‑lead SOIC package. For selection, its 2.25 µVp‑p noise (0.1 Hz–10 Hz), low‑dropout operation from 5.5 V to 18 V with only 500 mV headroom, and ability to source up to 10 mA and sink −5 mA suit accuracy‑critical designs. A TRIM pin allows 0.5 % output adjustment, while XFET technology outperforms buried‑Zener references in noise and low‑supply‑headroom capability across −40 °C to +125 °C.
