The ADR4525ARZ-R7 is an ultralow noise (1.25 µVp-p), high accuracy 2.5 V voltage reference with ±0.02% initial accuracy and 2 ppm/°C temperature coefficient in an 8-pin SOIC package. For selection, verify 3 V to 15 V input, 10 mA output current, 2.8 mA quiescent current, and –40°C to +125°C operation. Features include low thermal hysteresis and excellent line/load regulation.
