The ADS1120 is a 16-bit, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with two differential or four single-ended inputs, operating from a 2.3-V to 5.5-V supply. It features a low-noise PGA (gains 1 to 128), programmable data rates from 20 SPS to 2 kSPS, and simultaneous 50-Hz/60-Hz rejection. The device includes dual programmable current sources, a 2.048-V internal reference (5-ppm/°C drift), and a 4-MHz internal oscillator. Packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP (PW), it is ideal for sensor measurement in industrial process control, thermocouple interfaces, and weigh scales.
