ADS7951SBDBTR TI Analog to Digital Converters (ADC)
The ADS7951S is a 12-bit, 1-MSPS, single-channel successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an SPI interface. It operates from a 2.7-V to 5.25-V supply and features a low power consumption of 15 mW at 1 MSPS (typ). The device includes a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a 4-channel analog multiplexer, enabling flexible input configurations. It also integrates an internal 2.5-V reference with 20-ppm/°C drift and a temperature sensor. Packaged in a 30-pin TSSOP (DBT), it is ideal for battery-powered and portable applications.
