The AH1893-FA-7 is a high sensitivity micropower omnipolar Hall-effect switch from Diodes Incorporated, featuring 1.6V to 5.5V operating voltage and ultra-low power consumption for battery-powered proximity detection . For selection, verify omnipolar sensing (responds to both north and south poles), internal pull-up output, fast response time, chopper-stabilized architecture for minimal switch point drift, reverse blocking diode, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include high ESD (HBM) rating of 8kV, output clamp with current limiting, and ultra-low average supply current for extended battery life.
