AIS2DW12TR ST Accelerometers

The AIS2DW12TR from ST is an AEC-Q100 qualified, ultra-low-power 3-axis accelerometer designed for non-safety automotive applications. For selection, it operates from 1.62V to 3.6V with current draw as low as 380nA @1.6Hz, supports ±2g/±4g dynamically selectable full scales, and outputs 16-bit data via high-speed I²C or SPI digital interfaces. A 32-level FIFO buffer, embedded temperature sensor, self-test capability, and a dedicated internal engine for motion and acceleration detection enable precise monitoring with minimal host intervention. The device withstands 10,000g high shock and operates from -40°C to +85°C in a compact 2x2x1mm LGA-12 package.
