AM26C31QDR TI Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers
The AM26C31QDR is a quadruple differential line driver from Texas Instruments, designed to meet the requirements of TIA/EIA-422-B and ITU V.11 standards. It features complementary outputs and operates from a single 5-V supply with high-speed performance of up to 10 Mbps, characterized by a typical propagation delay of 7 ns. Each of the four drivers features 3-state outputs with high-current capability for driving balanced transmission lines such as twisted-pair cables. The device offers a low typical ICC current of 100 µA and has a high output impedance in power-off conditions. The 'Q' designation indicates qualification for the automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for high-reliability automotive systems. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include automotive communications systems, factory automation, motor controllers, and any RS-422 interface requiring high-speed differential signaling with automotive temperature range qualification.
