AM26LV31IDR TI Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers
The AM26LV31 is a quadruple low-voltage differential line driver with 3-state outputs, operating from 3V to 3.6V supply. It supports data rates up to 32Mbps with low power consumption of 6mA typical. The device provides TTL/CMOS compatible inputs and high-current differential outputs. Output short-circuit protection is included. Industrial temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in 16-pin SOIC. Selection is ideal for low-voltage RS-422 differential signal transmission in portable and space-constrained systems.
