The AMC1300BQDWVRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) reinforced isolated operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring high-voltage isolation of 1500 VRMS with a working lifetime of over 135 years. It operates over a supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V on both high-side and low-side and provides a gain bandwidth product of 100 kHz. The device features low nonlinearity and is designed for high-voltage current sensing with galvanic isolation between high-voltage and low-voltage domains.
