AMC1301DWVR TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The AMC1301 is a precision isolated current-sensing amplifier with reinforced isolation rated at 5000 V_RMS, operating from 3.3 V or 5 V on the low-side and 2.7 V to 5.5 V on the high-side supplies. It features a fixed gain of 8.2, an ultra-low offset voltage of 100 μV typical, and a gain error of 0.3%. The device has a 310 kHz bandwidth and a high common-mode transient immunity of 100 kV/μs. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, it is designed for shunt-based current measurement in high-voltage systems. Selection is ideal for motor drives, solar inverters, uninterruptible power supplies, and electric vehicle traction systems requiring galvanic isolation between the high-voltage and low-voltage domains.
