AMC1350DWVR TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The AMC1350 is a precision isolated voltage-sensing amplifier with reinforced isolation rated at 5kVRMS, operating from 3V to 5.5V on both high-side and low-side supplies. It features fixed gain of 1, ultra-low offset voltage of 0.5mV typical, and gain error of 0.3%. The device provides 500kHz bandwidth and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100kV/µs. Nonlinearity is 0.01% typical for high accuracy. Packaged in 8-pin SOIC. Selection is ideal for isolated voltage sensing in high-voltage industrial and automotive systems. Applications include high-voltage DC-DC converters, solar inverters, motor drives, electric vehicle battery management (BMS), and isolated sensing for digital power supplies requiring reinforced isolation.
