The AP22980FCF10-7 is a single-channel high-side power switch IC from Diodes Incorporated in W-QFN1520-10 package, featuring 0.285V to 5.5V input voltage, ultra-low on-resistance, and multiple output voltage slew rates from internal tri-state logic input. For selection, verify thermal protection triggering at +150°C junction temperature, low quiescent supply current for standby power-sensitive systems, 50Ω on-chip resistor for quick output discharge, and operating temperature from -65°C to +150°C.
