The AP7351D-33FS4-7B is a low quiescent current CMOS linear voltage regulator from Diodes Incorporated, providing fixed 3.3V output with up to 150mA current capability in ultra-compact X2-DFN1010-4 (1.0x1.0mm) package. For selection, verify input voltage from 3.6V to 5.5V (minimum input should be >3.3V + dropout), fixed 3.3V output, dropout voltage for low power loss, quiescent current of 0.7µA typical for extended battery life, output tolerance of ±1% at 25°C, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include low ESR ceramic output capacitor (1µF) for stability, current limit protection, thermal shutdown, and very low ground current during shutdown.
