The AP7354-15FS4-7 is a 150mA ultra-low quiescent current CMOS linear voltage regulator from Diodes Incorporated in X2-DFN1010-4 (1.0x1.0mm) ultra-compact package, providing fixed 1.5V output for battery-powered applications. For selection, verify input voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, fixed 1.5V output, dropout voltage of 0.75V at 150mA load, quiescent current of 0.25µA typical for extended battery life, output tolerance, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include enable pin for power management, overcurrent protection, thermal protection, ESD protection, automotive qualification (AEC-Q100), and stability with low-ESR ceramic capacitors.
