ATL431AIDBZR TI Voltage Reference
The ATL431 is a precision adjustable shunt voltage reference with 0.5% initial tolerance, operating over a 35 µA to 100 mA current range and providing an adjustable output from 2.5 V to 36 V using two external resistors. It features 20 ppm/°C typical temperature drift and low output impedance. The ATL431 requires only 35 µA minimum cathode current for regulation, making it suitable for low-power applications. Selection is ideal for isolated feedback in power supplies and precision voltage monitoring. Applications include switching power supply feedback loops (via optocoupler), precision voltage monitoring circuits, adjustable linear regulators, and constant-current sinks for LED drivers.
