BDW93CFP ST Bipolar (BJT)
The BDW93CFP is an NPN silicon power Darlington transistor from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 100V collector-emitter voltage (VCEO), 12A continuous collector current, and 33W power dissipation .
