The BQ24074 is a 1.5-A single-cell Li-Ion linear battery charger with dynamic power path management (DPPM), operating from a 4.35-V to 16-V input. It features a fixed 4.2-V charge voltage with ±0.5% accuracy, programmable charge current up to 1.5-A, and a power-path system that powers the system while charging the battery. The device includes thermal regulation, input overvoltage protection (OVP), and charge status indicators. Packaged in a 16-pin VQFN (RGT) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for high-capacity battery charging with system powering.
