The BQ24195L is a 2.5-A single-cell Li-Ion battery charger with power path management and I2C interface, operating from a 3.9-V to 6.2-V input. It features 0.5% voltage accuracy, USB OTG boost mode (5.1 V at 1.2 A), input overvoltage protection (OVP), and thermal regulation. The device includes safety timers and charge status outputs. Packaged in a 24-pin VQFN (RGE) (4 mm × 4 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for fast charging in portable devices. Applications include smartphones, tablets, power banks, and portable medical devices.
