BQ24295RGER TI Battery Chargers
The BQ24295 is a 3-A single-cell Li-Ion battery charger with I2C interface and power path management, operating from a 3.9-V to 6.2-V input. It features 0.5% voltage accuracy and ±7% current accuracy, with integrated power MOSFETs for high-efficiency charging. The device includes USB OTG boost mode (5.1 V at 1 A), input overvoltage protection (OVP), thermal regulation, and safety timers. Power path management allows system operation with a dead or missing battery. Packaged in a 24-pin VQFN (RGE) (4 mm × 4 mm), the BQ24295 is ideal for portable devices requiring flexible charging control.
