BQ24650RVAR TI Battery Chargers
The BQ24650 is a synchronous switch-mode battery charge controller for Li-Ion and Li-Polymer batteries with a solar power MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) input, operating from a 5-V to 28-V input. It features an integrated MPPT algorithm that automatically finds the panel's maximum power point and supports up to 10-A charge current. The device includes automatic power-path selection, voltage and current regulation with 0.5% voltage accuracy, and status outputs for LED indication. Packaged in a 16-pin VQFN (RVA) (3.5 mm × 3.5 mm), the BQ24650 is ideal for solar-powered battery charging applications.
