BQ25176MDSGR TI Battery Chargers
The BQ25176M is an integrated 800mA linear charger for 1-cell Li-Ion, Li-Polymer, and LiFePO4 batteries with input voltage tolerance up to 30V . Battery regulation voltage is programmable via VSET resistor with options including 4.05V, 4.15V, 4.2V, 4.35V, 4.4V for Li-Ion and 3.5V, 3.6V, 3.7V for LiFePO4. Charge current is programmable from 10mA to 800mA using ISET resistor. Device features automatic sleep mode for low power consumption with 350nA battery leakage current . Charge accuracy is ±0.5% voltage and ±10% current. Four charging phases include trickle charge, precharge, fast-charge constant current, and voltage regulation. Integrated fault protection includes 18.1V OVP, 1000mA overcurrent, and thermal regulation. Selection is ideal for space-constrained battery-powered portable devices.
