BQ25300RTER TI Battery Chargers

The BQ25300 is a standalone 1-cell Li-Ion and Li-Polymer battery charger operating from 3.9V to 17V input and delivering up to 3A charge current . It features integrated power MOSFETs and current-sensing circuitry, with 0.5% voltage regulation accuracy. The device includes four charging phases: trickle charge, precharge, constant current, and constant voltage. Thermal regulation maximizes charge rate without overheating. Built-in protection includes input overvoltage, battery overvoltage, charge safety timer, and thermal shutdown. Input voltage up to 20V (maximum) with 3.9V to 17V operating range. Packaged in 16-pin WQFN (3mm × 3mm). Selection is ideal for space-constrained portable devices requiring high-efficiency battery charging.
