BQ25306RTER TI Battery Chargers

The BQ25306 is a standalone 1-cell and 2-cell buck battery charger operating from 4V to 17V input and delivering up to 3A charge current . It supports single-cell (4.2V/4.35V) and dual-cell (8.4V/8.7V) Li-Ion and Li-Polymer battery configurations. The device features integrated power MOSFETs and current-sensing circuitry with 0.5% voltage regulation accuracy . Charging phases include trickle charge, precharge, constant current, and constant voltage. Thermal regulation maximizes charge rate without overheating. Built-in protection includes input overvoltage, battery overvoltage, charge safety timer, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in 16-pin WQFN (3mm × 3mm). Selection is ideal for portable devices requiring versatile battery charging for 1- or 2-cell configurations.
