The BQ25570 is a nano-power boost charger and buck converter for energy harvesting applications, operating from an input voltage as low as 120 mV (cold start to 330 mV). It features a boost charger with maximum power point tracking (MPPT), a buck converter for system power (up to 110 mA), and includes programmable protection and status indicators. Packaged in a 20-pin VQFN (RGR) (4 mm × 4 mm), it is ideal for energy harvesting from solar, thermoelectric, or piezoelectric sources.
