The BTA06-600CRG is a 6A Snubberless Triac from STMicroelectronics in TO-220AB insulated package, featuring 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 6A RMS on-state current with high commutation capability for inductive loads. For selection, verify gate trigger current for Snubberless versions, high commutation (4 quadrant) capability for inductive loads, non-repetitive surge current capability, internal ceramic pad for voltage insulated mounting (2500V RMS), and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
