BTA06-800BWRG ST TRIACs

The BTA06-800BWRG is a 6A Snubberless Triac with logic-level gate drive from STMicroelectronics in TO-220AB insulated package, featuring 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 6A RMS on-state current. For selection, verify gate trigger current for logic level versions, high commutation capability for inductive loads, non-repetitive surge current capability, internal ceramic pad for voltage insulated mounting (2500V RMS), and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include Snubberless technology eliminating external snubber networks for inductive loads, logic level gate for direct interface with low power drivers such as microcontrollers, and UL1557 certified.
