For selection, verify gate trigger current for Snubberless versions, non-repetitive surge current capability, clip bonding for low thermal resistance, internal ceramic pad for voltage insulated mounting (2500V RMS), UL1557 certified, and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
