The BUF602IDBVT is a high-speed closed-loop buffer amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a wide bandwidth of 1000 MHz and an ultra-high slew rate of 8000 V/µs. It operates over a flexible supply range of ±1.4 V to ±6.3 V dual supplies or 2.8 V to 12.6 V single supply, drawing a low quiescent current of 5.8 mA. The device provides continuous output current of 60 mA (350 mA peak) and includes an optional mid-supply reference buffer for AC-coupled applications. Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, it operates over -45°C to 85°C.
