CC1310F128RGZR TI RF Transceiver ICs
The CC1310 is a sub-1-GHz wireless microcontroller (SoC) from TI's SimpleLink™ family, integrating a 48-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M3 core with 128KB flash and 20KB ultra-low leakage SRAM . It features a dedicated radio controller (Cortex-M0) handling low-level RF protocols, a sensor controller for independent analog/digital sensor processing, and an AES-128 security module. The device supports a wide RF frequency range (431-527 MHz and 861-1054 MHz) with an excellent receiver sensitivity of –124dBm in long-range mode. Operating on a 1.8V to 3.8V supply, it consumes as low as 5.5mA in RX and 13.4mA at +10dBm TX. Packaged in a 48-pin QFN (RGZ) , it is ideal for low-power, long-range IoT applications, including home automation, smart metering, wireless sensor networks, and industrial monitoring.
