CC1310F128RSMR TI RF Transceiver ICs
The CC1310 is a sub-1-GHz wireless microcontroller (SoC) with an Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor running at 48 MHz, 128 KB flash, and 20 KB SRAM. It features an ultra-low-power radio core with excellent receiver sensitivity (–124 dBm at 1.2 kbps) and programmable output power up to +14 dBm. The device includes a sensor controller for independent analog/digital sensor processing and an AES-128 security module. Packaged in a 32-pin VQFN (RSM) (4 mm × 4 mm), it is ideal for low-power, long-range IoT applications.
