CC2520RHDR TI RF Transceiver ICs

The CC2520 is a 2.4-GHz IEEE 802.15.4 RF transceiver for ZigBee and other low-power wireless applications, supporting data rates up to 250 kbps. It features excellent receiver sensitivity (–99 dBm), programmable output power up to +5 dBm, and low current consumption (18.5 mA RX, 25.8 mA TX at 0 dBm). The device includes an SPI interface for control, a 128-byte TX/RX FIFO, and hardware frame filtering. Packaged in a 28-pin VQFN (RHD) (5 mm × 5 mm), it is ideal for ZigBee, RF4CE, and IEEE 802.15.4 applications.
