CC2530F256RHAR TI RF Transceiver ICs

The CC2530 is a 2.4-GHz IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee system-on-chip (SoC) with an 8051 CPU core running at 32-MHz, 256KB flash, and 8KB RAM. It integrates a radio transceiver with excellent receiver sensitivity (–97dBm), output power up to 4.5dBm, and data rate of 250kbps. The device includes a 12-bit ADC, AES-128 security accelerator, and multiple communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C). Packaged in a 40-pin QFN (RHA) (6mm × 6mm), it is ideal for ZigBee, RF4CE, and IEEE 802.15.4 applications.
