CC2540F256RHAR TI RF Transceiver ICs

The CC2540 is a 2.4-GHz Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) system-on-chip (SoC) with an 8051 CPU core running at 32-MHz, 256KB flash, and 8KB RAM. It integrates a BLE radio with excellent receiver sensitivity (–93dBm), output power up to 0dBm, and supports master/slave modes. The device includes a 12-bit ADC, AES-128 security accelerator, and USB 2.0 full-speed interface. Packaged in a 40-pin QFN (RHA) (6mm × 6mm), it is ideal for BLE applications requiring low power consumption.
