The CC2640R2FRGZR is a 2.4-GHz wireless microcontroller (SoC) with an Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor running at 48 MHz, 128 KB flash, 28 KB SRAM, and a 16-channel 12-bit ADC . It integrates a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) radio with excellent sensitivity (–97 dBm at 1 Mbps) and supports 2-Mbps and 4-Mbps data rates . Packaged in a 48-pin VQFN (RGZ), it is ideal for low-power BLE applications.
