The CC2640R2F is a 2.4-GHz wireless microcontroller (SoC) combining an Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor with a dedicated radio controller. It supports Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) 4.2 and 5.0 with data rates up to 2 Mbps, delivering excellent receiver sensitivity (–97 dBm at 1 Mbps) and programmable output power up to +5 dBm. The device integrates 128 KB flash, 28 KB SRAM, a 12-bit ADC, timers, and multiple communication interfaces (I2C, I2S, SPI, UART).
