CD4001BE TI Gates and Inverters

The CD4001B is a quad 2-input NOR gate with standard CMOS logic operation from 3 V to 18 V supply. It features four independent 2-input NOR gates with low static power consumption (5 µW max at 5 V) and high noise immunity. The device provides symmetrical output drive and a propagation delay of 50 ns typical at 10 V. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, it operates over a –55 °C to 125 °C temperature range. Selection is ideal for general-purpose NOR logic implementation in through-hole designs requiring wide voltage tolerance. Applications include logic function synthesis, enable signal generation, address decoding, and oscillator circuits in prototyping, education, and automotive electronics.
