CD4001BPWR TI Gates and Inverters

The CD4001B is a quad 2-input NOR gate with standard CMOS logic operation from 3V to 18V supply. It features low static power consumption of 5µW maximum at 5V and high noise immunity. The device provides symmetrical output drive and propagation delay of 50ns typical at 10V. CD4001B is the universal building block for logic functions since NOR gates can implement any Boolean function. Selection is ideal for high-voltage CMOS systems requiring NOR logic.
