CD4007BE TI Gates and Inverters
The CD4007B is a CMOS dual complementary pair plus inverter integrated circuit, operating from 3V to 18V supply. It contains three N-channel and three P-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs arranged as two complementary transistor pairs and one inverter. The device can be configured as inverters, NAND gates, NOR gates, transmission gates, and other functions. Low static power consumption is typical of 40-series CMOS logic. Packaged in 14-pin PDIP. Selection is ideal for discrete analog and digital circuit prototyping requiring CMOS transistor arrays.
