CD40106BPWR TI Gates and Inverters
The CD40106B is a hex Schmitt-trigger inverter with standard CMOS logic operation from 3V to 18V supply. It features six inverting buffers with built-in hysteresis on all inputs for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. Typical hysteresis is 1.4V at 10V supply. The device provides symmetrical output drive and low static power consumption. The CD40106B can be used as a logic inverter or as a versatile waveform converter. Selection is ideal for signal conditioning in high-voltage CMOS systems requiring noise-immune inverters.
